A small, senior team with deep roots in Kenyan financial markets and a practice built entirely around long-term client outcomes.
Senior experience, not a junior call centre
Every client at Mintmvivid works directly with a senior advisor from day one. We deliberately keep the team small — currently seven advisors and two analysts — so that no client account is handed down to a less experienced colleague after the diagnostic phase. Our advisors hold qualifications from the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kenya and carry an average of eleven years of sector experience, split between insurance structuring, estate planning, and corporate risk management. We do not operate a model where a partner sells the engagement and an associate delivers it.
What shapes how we work
Three principles that govern every client relationship, regardless of complexity or asset size.
Radical transparency
We disclose our fee basis, the costs embedded in every recommended product, and the limitations of any structure we propose. If a product has a surrender penalty or a coverage exclusion that matters to you, you will read about it in our written recommendation — not discover it at claim time.
Long-term accountability
We measure our own performance against a ten-year horizon. Did the structures we built five years ago still hold up under changed circumstances? That question drives the way we design engagements, not the volume of new business signed in a given quarter.
Local grounding
Operating from Garissa gives us a concrete understanding of how business ownership, land tenure, and family succession actually work in North-Eastern Kenya — knowledge that advisors based solely in Nairobi often lack and that affects the practical durability of any structure we build.
“Mintmvivid reviewed a life policy I had held for eight years and showed me it was underinsured by roughly forty percent against my current liabilities. They rebuilt the coverage in a wrapper that also addressed succession — something my previous advisor had never mentioned. The annual review service alone is worth the fee.”

Speak directly with a senior advisor
Your first conversation is with someone who has at least a decade of protection advisory experience — not an intake coordinator.
